10 HABITS OF STUDENTS THAT FAIL 👇
1. 📌 Studying Only When Exams Are Close: They wait till exam week to open their books. That’s not seriousness, that’s panic learning.
2. 📌 Copying Instead of Learning: They depend on others for assignments and exams. But remember, copied knowledge can’t save you in real life.
3. 📌 Poor Time Management: They waste time on gossip, movies, and social media, then blame bad luck when results come out.
4. 📌 Skipping Classes Regularly: They think getting notes from friends is enough. But they miss the lecturer’s explanations and exam hints.
5. 📌 Studying Without a Plan: They open books randomly, with no timetable or structure. That’s not studying, that’s confusion.
6. 📌 Ignoring Continuous Assessment (CA): They treat CAs like jokes, forgetting that one bad CA can destroy an entire grade.
7. 📌 Keeping the Wrong Friends: They move with people who mock seriousness and promote laziness. Your friends can either lift you or limit you.
8. 📌 Not Revising What They Read: They read once and forget everything by exam time. Revision is what strengthens memory.
9. 📌 Making Excuses Instead of Effort: “I’m tired.” “I’m not in the mood.” “I’ll start tomorrow.” Those “tomorrows” are what produce failures.
10. 📌 Ignoring Personal Growth: They focus only on school work and ignore self-development, communication, and purpose. Academic success without personal growth is still failure.
Dear Student, if you’ve noticed yourself in any of these habits, it’s not too late to change.
Start small. Be intentional. Be different.
