‎Bright Junior Academy is proud to celebrate one of its most esteemed, dedicated & devoted members of staff, Mr. Lukuach Deng Ayuen.

‎Mr. Lukuach is an exemplary educator whose service goes far beyond classroom. He is one of the pillars of our co-curricular departments, he has been training and mentoring in various categories such as; Debate, Public Speaking, Poetry, Speed Quiz & Spelling Bee, to mention but a few is extraordinary.
‎
‎His commitment, sacrifice & passion for nurturing young talents have a visible and lasting impact on the progress of our institution.
‎
‎Achievements in 2026:
‎Through his able guidance and coaching, our teams have recorded remarkable success this year:
‎
‎Guided our debaters to the Quarter-Finals of the Sherikat Junior Debate Tournament.
‎Led our Main Debate Team to the Grand Finals of the Bright Minds Contest - First Edition 2026 walking away with silver trophy.
‎Coached Team B to the Semi-Finals of the same contest.

‎Bright Junior Academy extends its profound gratitude to the organizers of the Bright Minds Contest for successfully conducting a remarkable academic tournament.
‎
‎We sincerely appreciate your fairness, integrity, professionalism & transparency throughout the entire competition. You provided a credible and equitable platform that allowed every learner to express themselves with confidence.
‎
‎The First Edition was indeed marvelous and historic. Though there were minor obstacles as expected in any inaugural event, we are confident that they will be rectified in the next edition through collaborative efforts between the organizers and all partnering schools, to ensure the platform remains a strong and reputable platform.
‎
‎Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to all the school that participated in the BMC tournament. The tournament was great not only because schools competed, but because they portrayed a high sense of discipline, academic excellence, mutual respect & sportsmanship. You made the contest meaningful.
‎
‎On behalf of the Administration, Staff and Pupils of Bright Junior Academy, we say thank you to everyone who made this event a success not forgetting we walked away with three trophies.
