For consumption of academicians of Greater Yirol - brothers and sisters.
The administration of Ramciel Complex Primary School in Yirol has offered Miss Bakhita Idau a four year secondary school scholarship in Juba at JCC Model Secondary school, beginning this year 2024.
She was a p8 candidate of 2023 whose results were commendable and this aroused our desire to further her academics. Miss Idau led our school as Head Girl with positive leadership. In light of the back to school campaign, we encourage parents to send the girl-child to school so as they become another Bakhita.
The one in soldier's Uniform is the father to Bakhita who have signed in consent.

The Administration of Ramciel Complex Primary School informs the family of Ramciel School and the entire public that the registration of Pupils begins to day and classes will commence on 5th February, 2024 according to the guidelines for 2023-2024.
School fee is 45,000 SSP for whole academic year. Primary eight (P8) candidates are required to pay their school fees once, because the administration doesn't want to interrupt or distract them from their learning process.Time starts at 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
THE ACADEMIC POLICY 2024-2025
Introduction:
Ramciel Education Foundation is the bonafide learning institution which is registered by the State Ministry of General Education and Instruction to provide nursery, primary and secondary education. The initiative was conceived as an ideal venture to invest in private education sector as a sort of contributing to overall improvement of education system in the state. Our vision is to build a community on the knowledge that transforms and promotes its cultural traditions, love and unity amongst its members.REF is committed to realizing its core values and principles with the support from the County Education Authority in collaboration with the State Ministry of General Education and Instruction. REF provides appropriate and competent administration principles which enhance it to be an academic institution of excellence in the state.
The Overall school Administration
The School Head teacher has overall responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the school. Hence he is the empowered authority. It makes him/her accountable to the Executive Director as well as to the School Management Committee and to the community. The Head teacher builds and accompanies his/her team, providing them with required support and motivation, listening to their views and problems and valuing their effort, support and contribution. He/she must ensure that actions taken at the school are in compatible/line with the vision and policies of the State Ministry of General Education.
The School Head teacher performs the following various duties:
Administrative: setting up of committees, attending and chairing meetings, attending to files and mail, organize work, reporting, supervising staff and administration of personnel affairs, administration of student affairs including organization of examinations and enforcement of rules and regulations, management of human, financial, material and infrastructural resources etc.
Pedagogical: controlling the implementation of curriculum, planning, organizing and monitoring of teaching and learning and other educational activities, managing learning resources and ensuring the quality of education imparted at the school.
Socio-cultural: promoting health standards, enhancing school environment, promoting cultural traditions and social values at school, developing partnership with community etc.
Amongst other numerous responsibilities, the Head teacher must ensure the following:
Ensure that the main activity of teaching and learning takes place.
Ensure the rule of discipline within the institution.
Plan and implement strategies for school improvement.
Ensure the security and safety of all staff and students at school.
Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the school building and premises.
Ensure the security and safety of all assets and equipment at school.
Manage and supervise staff working under him ensuring that they are aware of and abide by official instruction.
Makes optimal use of resources allocated to school.
Act as the focal point for the school at large including the close community.
Manage the school in accordance with legal provisions such as the Education Act and Regulations, management policy guideline of REF, Civil Service Act and Regulations and the Convention of the Right of Child.
Academic Affairs
This year, the administration adjusts the teachers’ payment policy in which the institution has creatively come up with its own fresh formula which is PDR that stands for Periods x Days x Rate which will result to efficient payment for the periods covered. The administration mostly follow the pupils-teacher ratio policy in which each and a very teacher is allotted 4 to 5 subjects (periods) to teach every day. This also helps to identify the number of the teachers to be recruited based on number of the learners enrolled; the School Administrator enhances efficient and effective work by strictly observing the missed and attended days.
The payment of the teachers
A teacher is paid his/her dues based on the number of the periods he/she covered in 22 days of the month. These days covered are traced out from the Teaching Tracking Form which is always verified by the school admin Officer. A period that has delayed for fifteen minutes is considered as the missed period.
Feeding of the Teachers
The Administration shall improve the feeding taste of teachers meanwhile considering the cost effectiveness of the food items which should not outstrip the previous expenses. It is a significant requirement to improving the feeding by providing quality food items to the kitchen.
Learners’ evaluation
Learners’ achievement is the best indicator of the efficiency of the school and needs to be assessed at all stages of teaching and learning.
Evaluate the teaching/learning process in the school and ensure that proper standards of performance are established and maintained.
