WHAT WORKERS' DAY REPRESENTS IN EDUCATION:

Education is labour-intensive. Behind every literate citizen, skilled professional, and informed voter is the unseen work of a teacher. Workers’ Day therefore serves as a reminder that:
1. Schools run on human effort — Curriculum delivery, mentorship, discipline, and character formation all depend on the daily commitment of teachers and non-teaching staff.

2. National progress is classroom-dependent- No sector grows without education. Engineers, doctors, and leaders all pass through a teacher’s hands first.

3. Educational quality mirrors workforce value- When teachers are motivated and supported, learning outcomes improve across the nation.

WHAT WORKERS' DAY MEANS TO TEACHERS:
