TERM ONE CLOSING REPORT 2026
Date: 8th May 2026
Time: 8:00am – 11:30am
Venue: School Compound
Theme: "Little Steps, Big Achievements"

1. ATTENDANCE
The closing ceremony was well attended by pupils from Nursery to P.7, teaching and non-teaching staff, parents, guardians, and PTA representatives.

2. ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT
a) Opening assembly with National and School Anthems, and prayer.
b) Entertainment from pupils including poems, songs, drama, and traditional dances.
c) Head Teacher’s remarks on term performance and discipline.
d) Awarding of certificates to best performers, neatest pupils, and most disciplined.
e) Distribution of report cards by class teachers.
f) Remarks from PTA Chairperson.
g) Closing prayer and photo session.

3. ACADEMIC SUMMARY
Term One examinations were successfully conducted. Report cards for all classes were prepared and issued to parents/guardians present.

4. ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE
a) Term Two opening date: Monday, 1st June 2026.
b) Parents urged to clear fees and ensure pupils return with all requirements.
c) Holiday work issued to all classes.

5. OBSERVATIONS
a) High parent turnout and community support noted.
b) Program ran smoothly and on time.
c) Pupils displayed good discipline throughout the event.

6. RECOMMENDATION
Continue engaging parents through termly events to strengthen school-community relations.

Good morning pupils, teachers, and our dear parents.

Today we officially close Term One of 2026. I want to thank all our teachers for the hard work, our pupils for the discipline, and our parents for the support.

This term we covered a lot. Results are now ready. Pick your child’s report card from the class teacher.

School will reopen for Term Two on Monday, 1st June 2026. Fees should be cleared before reporting.

Use the holiday to rest, help at home, and revise your books. Avoid bad groups.

I wish you all a safe holiday. School is now officially closed.
