*History of Nuer Nation (c. 5000 to 1000 BCE)*

It was around 5000 BCE when Naath gathered at Tharjaith lei in a dense watery swamp land whose size was not less than a few kilometers. The Size of Naath before conquest to the east in 1817, it was eight thousands seven hundred square miles. Along the Nile basin they established their Nation. Nuer fought British colonialism from 1902 to 1940s which took 30 years of political struggle. They called their nation Rolnath or a nation of superhuman as they perceived themselves as Ney Ti Naath. It is a place they believe has been created by God. Their Grandfather Ran Kouth was a descendant of Kuoth/God who has created them at Rolnath their land. Gaw Ran and his wife Nyawell together bigoted their sons Geah and Guah Gaw which became the founders of Naath Nation. Children of Gaw Ran call themselves Naath a word that means people, so they call themselves Nuer later after the establishment of the Nguot. This Nation of Naath expanded from a few kilometers from the center to different directions which later in the 18th century stretched its boundaries to eastern Nuer. Surrounding the Mun-Nath, there were different Nilotic peoples such as the Dinka, Anyuak and Shilluk Kingdoms. Nilotic group of nations separated earlier before they could reach Lake Chad. There were also Afroasiatic peoples such as Cush*te and Bantus. However, Nuer people began their journey of a homogenous Nation before the scrambling of Africa in 1884. They fought several wars which won them a legacy as they won most of those wars. From 5000 to the first millennia BCE Nuer myth and narrative of creation began.
