The removal of Hon Bona Panek Biar former Governor of Warrap State as issue of his being from community whom are not subjected their life to tribal conflict and appointed Gen Aleu Ayieny Aleu as Governor of Warrap State.......To look its political background critical of this appointment, it mean Aleu Ayieny was brought because of his being from Toni where tribal conflict gives birth to million conflicts a month.......If that is a case where position is granted to the people with tribal conflict background, it mean Governorship of Warrap State will not rotate to great Gogrial
