Good News to the parents and Pupils of Malek Mathok Memorial Nursery and Primary School .

The management of the school have started putting up the school fence and temporal classes to enhance learning environment and to protect school children from motorcycles riders .

We asked for those who made pledges last month and those with generosity to contribute in cash or in kind for the completion of work.

The management of Malek Mathok Memorial Nursery and primary school would like to informs parents and pupils enrolled at the above school to come to the school by monday 16th/Feb/2026 .

The following activities will be carried out .

1. Verification of enrolled pupils
2. Verified students will be allow to attend classes as lessons begins the same day.

1. Nursery = 90,000 SSP
2. P.1 to P.8 = 120,000 SSP

NB: Admission forms should be collected at school office with 10,000 SSP Non- refundable fees .

To the parents and community around ,Malek Mathok Memorial Nurs/Primary school have upgrated the school infrustractures with five temporal classes undergoing construction ,and old building to renovate ,fencing and reconatruction of store and kitchen as well as fit latrine.

- Malek Mathok is a community school named after the late parmount chief of Apuk - Juwiir community Sultan Malek Mathok .
2. Are they charging for enrollment ?
-The school only recieved parents contribution fees .

3. Can one affort to register his/her five kids in Malek Mathok
- Yes you can ,as community school we consider the situation of the community .
4. Will school give uniform to the kids ?
- No parents can provide with instruction of colours from school.
5. Do school has feeding for children ?
- Yes the school is registered under world food program (WFP) in partner with World Vision South Sudan.
6. How is about instructions ?
- The school have recruited qualified teachers that give best instructions from both south sudan sylbus and English grammar aids.
7. When will registration begin ?
- Registration will commence on 2nd/Feb/2026 .
8. Where ? At Malek Mathok school premise (Youth center)
9. Time : from 8: 00AM - 12:00PM during working days from monday -friday.

10. How will i know parents contribution fees and school requirements ?
- come and fix admission form at the school with 5,000 SSP non- refundable fees

11. The enrollment begin from Nursery to Primary eight .

As Today mark 14th Universary for the independent of the Republic of South Sudan, Malek Mathok Memorial Academy prepared and celebrates at their school premise ,this is due to State of emergency declared in Warrap State where Tonj South is part of the state of emergency declared.

They sung national anthem and others songs of liberation in Memorial for those lost in the struggle, this has caught the attention of community around the songs and joined them with joys and happiness feeling the sense of belonging.

First term examination concludes !

Malek Mathok Memorial Academy pupils concluded their first examination today in Thiet.

While addressing the pupils, Headmaster and teachers advise pupils to properly utilize the two weeks holidays to help their parents in domestic works as well as to refrain from violence for their safety and stick on reading 📚 to revive what they missed in exams .

Malek Mathok Memorial Academy starts it's first term examination this morning 🌄12th /5/2025 in Thiet Payam ,Tonj South County.

Our pupils are used to printed examination, this will add advantage to the pupils who will sit for primary eight national examination.
