See, our Executive Director Mr. GENESIS promised yesterday and said one of alumnus of 2025 will lead the National Exams and Maduet Mangong did it. Also our Alumni from various schools dominated the top 10, some of whom we have attached their pictures.

We wake up the lion and the Champion inside a student that comes to us,
Take note, 2024 was also led by our alumnus as well.

Now miss 2026 Contests at your own risk.

"Let's build public speakers and academicians not trophy's seekers"

To all the schools across South Sudan, ladies and gentlemen, I peculiarly recognize and wonderfully appreciate SESSO, TBA, Juba Joint Mock, NYD, JDS, Kuluna, Youth Link Foundation and other organizations for taking our young South Sudanese to the world through debate, academics, poetry and public speaking. This is the real definition of giving back to your people.

To hit the big elephants in the room, most of the schools seek trophies but when they do not win in a competition, they feel weak and discouraged as if they are failures. Nevertheless, this is absolutely not true because every step taken in either debate, public speaking, poetry or finally in academics is a victory itself and winning comes as a result of several struggles since every competition teaches a lesson that moves a team forward.

Schools should discover the undiscovered discoveries among the students and therefore take them for competitions with the mindset of learning through debate, public speaking, poetry, academics and many others. When schools prioritize trophies more than the students' growth, students feel embarrassed and ashamed if there's no trophy won to the point that those who are gradually growing get discouraged because they know their schools want trophies and participants feel like they're leading a school down and they can get discouraged as the result. However, schools should know that students should grow with encouragement, persuasions, motivations and inspirations.

Let them know that, "It's not about who wins the debate, poetry and public speaking that matters but who knows how to make it", ladles and gentlemen, students are not only sent for academic competition or debate to win trophies but to get challenged and prepared for the world outside there where they will be expressing themselves without fear, panicking and to finally showcass their public speaking skills.

Thank you very much.
