Fellow students,

Following the formation of the Electoral Committee, Chairperson Agot D Agot calls on the entire student fraternity to rise and make your voices count in the upcoming election process.

Democracy in this college does not begin at the ballot box , it begins with registration. No student can vote who has not registered, and no leader can claim a genuine mandate from a fraternity that stayed home. This is your college, your future, and your say in who leads it.

The process is simple:

1. Register
Get your name on the voters’ roll. This is the first and non-negotiable step.

2. Verify
Confirm your details are correctly captured.

3. Vote
When election day arrives, show up and cast your ballot.

Strengthening Ties Between Sister Law Societies

Yesterday, the leadership of the Law Students’ Society at Starford International University under the auspices of Santino Reath DK welcomed Counsel Lawrence Oliver, President of the Law Students’ Society of International University of East Africa Law Students’ Society, during a visit to the main campus in Hai referendum.

The meeting provided an opportunity for both leaders to share insights on student leadership, legal education, and ways to foster collaboration between the two sister institutions. Discussions focused on strengthening partnerships through academic exchanges, joint activities, and initiatives that would benefit law students from both universities.

As a gesture of goodwill and support for legal education, Counsel Lawrence Oliver donated a collection of law books to the Law Students’ Society at Starford International University. The donation is expected to enhance students’ access to legal resources and further strengthen the relationship between the two societies.

The visit marked an important step toward building a lasting partnership and promoting cooperation among future legal professionals.
