Delta Institute of Public Policy & Procurement Research was founded in 2021 and is a fully registered company that conducts and facilitates research and trainings on programs and policies for NGOs, government institutions and private companies. The institute offers procurement and financial audit services, business development and innovative management consultancy, project proposal writing, policy evaluation and analysis and supply chain networking.
Delta Institute of Public Policy & Procurement Research proudly distinguishes itself from other consultancy firms with wealth of experience and unique specializations possessed by its lead consultants. Thus, it does not only serve its clients within a guided service delivery lead time but with qualitative and professional consultancy services.

Institutional philosophy
We, the founders of Delta Institute of Public Policy & Procurement Research solemnly recognize the value for money (VFM), and it is therefore our belief that policy makers and the public whose accounts is usually impacted are integral stakeholders of public policies in making. Hence, each party must be kept on the loop throughout projects delivery. Otherwise, expert views and critical research publications should be made available for guidance. South Sudan where the institution is based has embarked on the development of key infrastructures with high valued procurement contracts, and as such the country is counting the cost of nation building. Specification of these public projects and contents of eventual contracts are only known to a few policy makers and the other would-be stakeholders are left in limbo, regarding information sharing. Therefore, Delta Institute was established to cement the visible information gap and help in policy making fora as the country works on developing a system model for generations to come.
