As a teacher you should believe in the growth and development of intellect and talent and be fascinated by the process of learning.
Never judge a student by his beginning as either "smart " or "dumb ".
Be a teacher who puts his/her students in a frame of mind where they can do their best.
Don't lie to them, tell them the truth and give them tools to close the gap.
Don't just offer lip service to the idea that all children can learn but have deep desire to reach in and ignite the mind of every child.
Take note 🗒 Action speaks louder than words
*Response to setbacks... "never show feeling of anxiety rather show interest in transforming them by opportunity of learning. Let them Use setbacks as platform of learning. "
*Teach them to understand not to memorize.
