A workshop for final-year students of Hormuud University, titled “From Thesis to Publication: Developing a Dissertation into a Journal Article,” will take place on June 10, 2026 (08:00 AM) at Darul Hikmah Campus.

The session will be delivered by Mr. Abdimajid Yusuf Ibey, an Academic Staff at Hormuud University.

The workshop will guide students through the process of transforming a thesis or dissertation into a publishable journal article, covering manuscript preparation, academic writing techniques, journal selection, publication requirements, and strategies for navigating the peer-review process successfully.

They controlled possession, pressed high when needed, and converted their scoring chances with precision; ultimately lifting the coveted cup amid cheers and applause.
