I used to think that strawberry-flavored yogurt had real strawberries in it. I was wrong! The truth is, many of these store-bought products are filled with synthetic, lab-created flavours instead of the real thing. Big food companies use clever marketing to sell us these highly processed foods, which are in fact devoid of any real nutrition. Here’s what I’ve learned about spotting Real Food from Fake foods: - Farm to Kitchen: Real food comes straight from the farm to your kitchen. If it goes through a factory first, it’s a product, not real food anymore. 🚜➡️🏡 - If it Rots, its Real! Real food rots fast because it's full of life, attracting microorganisms quickly that love it just as much as we do. 🦠🍅 - No TV ads? That’s a good sign!
