Today early morning, the Somaliland army bases and the HQ of the Somaliland Ministers in Lasanod town, Sool region came under heavy gunfire by armed terrorists mobilized by anarchist traditional leaders in the town.
The Somaliland government have been warning against those armed terrorist groups which have now been smuggled into the town by the traditional leaders.
The Somaliland army have successfully thwarted the terrorist attack and strengthened their positions and military bases.
The Somaliland army is always prepared to fight against the terrorists and works towards full prevention of any armed violences.
