GeesDal Trails, a leading tour and travel company in Hargeisa, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are passionate about travel, love connecting with people, and have a talent for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage prospective clients through various channels (in-person, phone, email, and social media).
- Present, promote, and sell our unique tour packages to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, from initial inquiry to post-tour follow-up.
- Understand client needs and recommend the best travel experiences to match their interests.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Represent the GeesDal Trails brand professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Secondary Certificate (Minimum).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong passion for sales.
- Must be honest, reliable, and professional.
- Fluency in Somali is required and Basic proficiency in English.
