Women don't deserve ill treatment
Stereotype is biggest challenge against women progress. There are obstacles ahead them even before they show how competent they are. Educated skilled female communities are productively valuable for both themselves and community as whole. Unfortunately they get dismayed by the traditional bigotry forces who blindly refuse the rights of women to reach high positions they deserve ad human and as mother and sister.
There is immediate need for urgent help by the women community in areas rebels operate as many women need strongly to recover from losses of their bread winner family members such husbands, relatives and guardians. Women in eastern Africa mostly depend on their husbands or close relatives so when they get killed or seriously injured, they fall helpless. Replacements options scarcely available at their reach which is immediate plight to their welfare. The war affected, drought fall and tribal disputes are inevitable disasters to women and girls who haven't experience or skills to depend on themselves.
The year 2018, saw women fall behind the men in employment programs as tribal elders and traditional leaders deliberately biased in favor of the men from their communities. We regard this as threats to efforts made to reach goals of educating girls necessary skills to get jobs from both NGOs and government departments.
Women are big force representing almost 3/4 of human production
Educated number of women has increased tremendously necessary changes making their options spread but challenges too grow
Crimes against civilians increased especially Women and girls who are vulnerable to mugging and extortion. During night fall criminal youth in teams hunt women on the streets and take mobiles from them at knife point or at gun.
