DIPLOMA PROJECT DEFENSE 2026

Abaarso Tech University Erigavo is pleased to highlight one of the innovative projects presented today by students from the Faculty of ICT during the Diploma Project Defense 2026.

The students developed and presented a modern website designed for Daallo Group, a travel company.
The website was created as a modern digital platform to help the company showcase its travel services, provide important company information, and improve communication and engagement with its customers.

This project demonstrates the studentsโ€™ ability to apply their ICT knowledge, creativity, and technical skills to develop practical technology solutions that address the needs of real-world organizations and businesses.

The project was developed as part of their academic requirements for the completion of a Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Information and Communication Technology. The research and project focused on designing and developing an Online Library Management System aimed at improving the efficiency, accessibility, and organization of ๐‹๐ข๐›๐ซ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ reservation and management processes through modern information and communication technologies.
The four finalists jointly presented their research methodology, system design, implementation, and key findings before the academic panel. They demonstrated their understanding of ICT concepts and their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to a practical real-world solution.
The Thesis Defense was successfully conducted at the Abaarso Tech University Main Hall on 15 September, 2026, marking an important milestone in the studentsโ€™ academic journey.
