Somali Climate Action (SomCA) is a pioneering initiative dedicated to tackling the pressing challenges of climate change and environmental degradation in Somalia. Dugaal Institute for Research and Development (Dugaal Institute) was established on February 4, 2024, in Garowe, Puntland, Somalia. The institute emerged from a collective vision to contribute significantly to the advancement of knowledge, innovation, and sustainable development in the region.
