We launched successfully today. We are open for business!!!!!

Think Tank Jam 107.5 FM is built to compete, to innovate, and to lead in modern broadcasting.

We will:
• Partner with businesses and advertisers to drive economic growth
• Create jobs for broadcasters, journalists, creatives, and technicians
• Support local entrepreneurs, artists, and thinkers
• Leverage advertising revenue, programming, and media partnerships to ensure long-term sustainability

At the core of Think Tank Jam Radio lies a mission far greater than broadcasting.

This radio station exists to fund, support, and expand Tony’s Leadership Academy —
a tuition-free school committed to serving underprivileged school-going children in Waterloo, Sierra Leone.

Tony’s Leadership Academy was established to address real challenges:
• Limited access to quality education
• Overcrowded classrooms
• Inadequate learning resources
• And the absence of early leadership and STEM exposure
