For those of you planning to take classes at CompCenter this year, my advice for you is that, before you even applied to take a course, make sure have have an email address. Most of our communications will be through email. Assignments, personal help etc will be mostly through email. Make sure you create simple login and password you can remember easily

We still working and hoping for the govt assistance, if we get that, we will pass the savings on to the students. Meaning we will reduce the school fees,to reflect the govt help. That's why is taking this long publish the course fees.

To our Tutors/Teachers

Don't sweat it. If your classes require practical as part of the course, but for some reasons you can't make it to center, you are required to create a YouTube video in that area and make it known to the center.For example if you teaching computer repair , which requires lots of practicals, you should show us how to change a hard drive, memory chips etc in your video.

YouTube videos and zoom application combined can be an effective way to deliver lectures if you can't make it to the center

Those, finding it difficult to create an email account, but want to register for classes at CompCenter, please visit our center at 10 humnuya avenue kenema center . Your email address will be created for free and we will also help you register for our classes. Please contact Michael Moigua+232 78 767208. For those outside of Kenema, you can talk to your friends co- workers, class mate, lectures/ teachers etc, if they can't be of help visit your nearest internet cafe, it takes about 5 minutes to set up one. You can even use your smart phone to create one

If you need help to create your email, but can't find one, but have a device that goes online, including a smart phone, text me on wassapp, I wii more than willing to assist you set up your email and your registration. Just choose who you want your email providers should be. Yahoo, Gmail mail etc

Kenema CompCenter, wants to be a place you can graduate and be able to pursue further studies in IT colleges and universities or use it effectively in your job. I personally think is rip off selling two week classes to students only few can actually used it. We have those short classes mainly for govt ,private enterprises employees, who need a crash course, but can improve themselves since they will be using those knowledge in their jobs.
