We are pleased to introduce Edwin Koroma, appointed as Coordinator for the 2nd Annual Dialogue for Inclusive Communication (ADIC) 2026.

With his role as Advocacy & Inclusion Lead and TCDEI Project Lead, alongside his strategic thinking, exceptional analytical skills, and tactful approach, we are confident in his capacity to lead the coordination of this year’s ADIC.

2026)

We are pleased to announce the upcoming 2nd Annual Dialogue for Inclusive Communication (ADIC
2026), convened in Kenema, Sierra Leone. As a premier national platform, ADIC unites policymakers, development partners, civil society organizations, media executives, and advocates to institutionalize accessible, equitable, and empowering communication frameworks across the nation.
This year's dialogue centers on a critical mandate:

Inclusion in Action: Driving Equity Through Open
Dialogue

ADIC underscores its commitment to regional inclusion and sustainable institutional impact. The forum will address systemic barriers, share data-driven strategies, and foster collaboration to ensure marginalized demographics are actively integrated into national communication structures.

ADIC IS BACK — BIGGER, BOLDER AND MORE INCLUSIVE. 🔥

Last year, ADIC began as a platform to commemorate the International Day of Sign Languages.

This year, it becomes something greater.

ADIC — Annual Dialogue for Inclusive Communication — is evolving into a national platform where EVERY voice matters.

A space where:
✨ Women are heard
✨ Young people are empowered
✨ Children are represented
✨ Persons with disabilities are included
✨ Communities are engaged
✨ Even the often-unheard voices of men are part of the conversation

We believe inclusion is not selective.
Inclusion means ALL.

This October, ADIC returns with open dialogue, debates, poetry, drama, storytelling, performances and meaningful conversations between communities, government institutions and the private sector.

Together, we will discuss real issues affecting marginalized people and explore real solutions.

Because communication should unite, not exclude.
