🌟 Women Crush Wednesday 🌟

Today, we proudly honor Dr. Christiana Thorpe, a trailblazing daughter of St. Joseph’s secondary school

As the first female Chief Electoral Commissioner of Sierra Leone, Dr. Thorpe made history and left a legacy of integrity, transparency, and reform in our democratic process. Her introduction of biometric voter registration set a new standard in electoral management and remains a landmark in the country’s democratic journey.

Beyond her public service, Dr. Thorpe is an educator, human rights advocate, and a champion for girls’ education through her work with the Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE).

Your courage, brilliance, and unwavering commitment to Sierra Leone continue to inspire generations of Josephine girls.

Thank you, Dr. Thorpe,
