Abie International School was established in September 2011 by private individuals, Mr. and Mrs. Magbity, in memory of their late daughter, Abiegial Magbity, who passed away in the UK. The school, located on Cemetery Road off Adonkia, was the first school established to serve the needs of the local community. Initially, it started with only a secondary section but later expanded to offer all levels of education, from nursery through senior secondary.

The school experienced a temporary closure due to management issues but was successfully revived in the 2020/2021 academic year. Since its founding, Abie International School has produced numerous successful students who have gone on to attend universities and colleges and continues to prepare students for higher education.

Abie International School was established September, 2011 by private individuals name Mr. and Mrs. Magbity. It was established and given the above named as a memory of their late daughter Abiegial Magbity who died in UK.

The school is located at Cemetery road off Adonkia where there was no school for the community. It started with Secondary and later had all levels ranging from Nursery to Senior Secondary.

It had a break for a while due to management reasons and later resuscitate in 2020/2021 academic year. The school had produced many understand students who had gone through universities and colleges still producing university and college students unto this time.

1. We foster our pupils’ love for learning encourages them to try new and exciting things and give them a strong foundation to build on.

2. To develop well rounded, confident and responsible individuals who aspire to achieve their full potentials. We will do this by providing a welcoming, happy, safe and supportive learning environment in which everyone is equal and all achievements are celebrated.

3. To provide good quality education and child care in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment that builds a foundation for consistent learning.

4. To build skills that set children up for success in Nursery / Kindergarten and beyond.
