Mbalu F competed this weekend in Sierra Leone’s biggest bike race, SIS Tour De Lunsar as a member of the Lunsar Cycling team! She placed 5th out of 60 women competing. This exciting annual event unites the country and has grown rapidly in popularity over the past decade. This spectacular race has given opportunities to many within the SL cycling community to showcase their talents on an international stage. We are so proud to see one of our girls chasing (and racing) her dreams! Fantastic work, Mbalu! 🚴🏾‍♀️🚴🏾‍♀️🚴🏾‍♀️🚴🏾‍♀️

What better way to celebrate than by sharing one of our many successes! Meet Franklinda! She was recently accepted to Milton Margai’s Teachers College after many years of handwork. We couldn’t be prouder knowing the positive impact she will have on girls in her classroom!

Another year of THANKS to for their generous donations for our girls.By simply having a sanitary pad, our girls’ regular attendance dramatically increases over the course of a year due to the stigma associated with menstruation! Thank you for literally keeping our girls in the classroom
