*Meet Our Distinguished Guest Speaker*

We are honoured to welcome Mr. Sulaiman Phoray-Musa, Director of the Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU), Office of the President, as our Guest Speaker.

Mr. Phoray-Musa is a distinguished public sector leader with extensive experience in governance, institutional reform, and public administration.

Through his leadership at the Public Sector Reform Unit, he has championed transformative reforms aimed at improving efficiency, accountability, innovation, and service delivery across Sierra Leone's public sector.

His visionary leadership has also been instrumental in spearheading the celebration of World Public Service Day and the recognition and award of outstanding public service workers, initiatives that celebrate excellence, inspire professionalism, and promote a culture of integrity and dedication within the public service.

These efforts have significantly contributed to recognizing the invaluable contributions of public servants to national development and encouraging higher standards of performance across government institutions.

At the symposium, Mr. Phoray-Musa will share valuable insights on the theme "Digital Transformation and Public Service Leadership: Shaping the Future of National Development," highlighting the critical role of technology, innovation, and ethical leadership in building a modern, responsive, and citizen-centered public service.

This symposium offers a unique opportunity for participants to engage with one of Sierra Leone's leading public sector reform advocates, exchange ideas, and gain practical knowledge on the future of governance and public administration.

It's open to students, academics, public servants, and all stakeholders in governance and development.
