Today, 8th January 2026. AWE ACADEMY remembers a woman whose importance still echoes around the four walls of this institution. late ADA NGAUJAH NEE BAION.
Though she departed this life before the foundation of AWE Academy was laid, her vision, values, and spirit became the inspiration behind its birth. Her life continues to speak through the walls of this school and the lives being shaped within it. We honor her memory with gratitude and purpose, and we pray that her gentle soul rests in perfect peace. 🕊️

❤️ My Wedding Anniversary Reflection – A Message to Every Woman ❤️

In 2010, I started this journey stubbornly not because I knew everything but because my heart was sure. I loved with courage, even when love looked uncertain and the future seemed unclear.

There was a time I had to choose between a shop boy and a director. Most family members chose the director. They saw money, status, and fame. They asked me over and over again, “What are you really looking for behind this guy?” I smiled gently and answered from my soul: “Future leaders always start small.”
Only one person truly stood by me, my late mother of blessed memories 🕊️. She looked beyond the noise and spoke wisdom that still guides my life today:
“My daughter, it is better to be a caretaker in heaven than to be a queen 👸 in hell. Choose peace over money and fame. Build a home; don’t just enter a house.”
Those words shaped my destiny.

I followed my heart 💙 when others talked. I chose peace when others chased applause. I ignored nationality, titles, and opinions and held onto love, character, and purpose. There were moments of doubt, tears, and loneliness, but I never doubted the quiet voice of peace within me.

In 2012, it became legal, but long before the papers, our union was already sealed with sacrifice, patience, and prayer. The road has not been smooth. There were days I cried silently, days I questioned myself, days I had to choose peace over pride and love over ego. Marriage taught me that love is not just feelings it is endurance, forgiveness, humility, and growth.

Today, I stand here blessed with four beautiful children living evidence that persistence, commitment, and faith are never wasted. Every stretch mark, every sleepless night, every tear watered the home I now enjoy.
Today, that same shop boy many doubted has become the owner of multiple businesses and organizations, a living reminder that vision, character and grace matter more than titles. What people mocked is now been celebrated

Today you celebrate another step on life's great stage and just as William Shakespeare's Seven Ages of Man you continue to play your role with grace, courage and Purpose. From the innocence of Childhood to the strength of your youthful years, from the wisdom you are gaining now to the greatness still ahead of you, your journey is a masterpiece in progress.
