For parents / students and others who are against online lessons. It's 2020, not 1995 😱

You or your kids are going to be speaking English online, through Zoom or Skype or Teams, more than you will face to face.
More and more jobs are moving online, more remote positions are open. NOT knowing how to communicate in English online will be a disadvantage soon. Enjoy your week.

📛DON’T MAKE THIS MISTAKE!📛.
NEVER use an APOSTROPHE to make a plural noun. The examples in the picture are WRONG.
The crazy thing is, you will often see this from native speakers. It doesn’t mean it’s right!
IF I SEE YOU DOING THIS I WILL BREAK INTO YOUR HOUSE AT NIGHT AND EAT ALL OF YOUR BANANAS🍌..
🤩 Fun fact - This is called a greengrocer’s apostrophe 🥬.
Because many greengrocers use it when the advertise things for sale. So you will see “apple’s and pear’s 50% off.”
IT’S WRONG - don’t do it!
Greengrocer = the person / small shop that sells mainly fruit and vegetables.

I have this student some advice in the DMs and she managed to improve on her practice tests 😎.
