A big thank you for this amazing shot from the in Opatija.
I really love the contrast in this photo—the raw beauty of nature mixed with the glam, polished looks of my models. That juxtaposition captures exactly the feeling of the moment.
Beautifully seen and perfectly captured.

After a few years away, I was back at the - the largest hairdressing event in the region, where hairdressers, salon owners, and industry professionals come together to share knowledge, discover trends, and connect.
I had the honour of giving two presentations, and on the first day, I introduced the secrets of social media in a business seminar for salons and hairdressers. There are so many details when setting up professional accounts—whether individually or for a salon—and I only managed to cover a few key tips.
This year, the fair took place in Opatija, one of the most beautiful cities in Croatia. With over 1,000 visitors, it was a privilege to present in my native language, something I don’t do very often.
I’m excited to share more soon, as I’m planning a full workshop for hairdressers on how to master social media, together with HSN.

My work from the social event — pixel hair in focus.
For this look, I explored graphic colour placement through a pixelation effect, playing with structure, contrast, and precision.
Thank you, , for lending me your head for this little piece of art.

For this occasion, I chose to create a graphic colouring look, presenting a pixelation effect on the hair—something bold, structured, and a little different.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a beautiful evening! 🙏🏼

Full Head Slicing on Long Hair
My model had over a year of regrowth and was ready for something bold and vivid — so I went for a full head of slices.
Why slicing?
✔️ It gives more even light coverage
✔️ It’s faster than traditional foil patterns
✔️ It’s super effective for vivid transformations
A few slicing rules I always follow:
1️⃣ Work diagonally — this prevents harsh lines and ensures a softer, more natural grow-out.
2️⃣ Use fine sections for better saturation. Yes, it takes a bit more time, but the result is way more refined.
3️⃣ Around the face frame and nape, weave instead of slice for a softer blend.
4️⃣ The width of your section should never be wider than your foil — be aware of your foil size!
5️⃣ Always think ahead — not just when sectioning and placing foils, but also when removing them.
I work solo without assistants, so my foiling method needs to be efficient and easy to take out with just one pair of hands.
