Professional Training
Master Su Zifang has received training under the tutelage of renowned martial arts masters Mr. With exceptional proficiency in Taiji Quan, Bagua Zhang, Xingyi Quan, and a range of weapons, she has honed her skills to world-class. At the age of 13, Master Su was selected to join Yunnan Province's professional Wushu team, where she quickly gained recognition for her outstanding abilities, leading to her promotion to coach at age 18. She has been certified as a judge and coach by the Chinese Wushu Association, and has served as a coach for both Yunnan Province's Wushu team and Singapore's national Wushu team. Master Su boasts over 65 years of martial arts experience, with more than 50 years of teaching under her belt. Her extensive background includes traditional martial arts and professional sports, and she has created a unique system that harmoniously combines competition, performance, and fitness. Her achievements have earned her the prestigious title of "Top 100 Martial Artists" by the Chinese Wushu Association. With an impressive 31 individual medals, including 21 gold and 10 silver, Master Su has excelled in major China national and international competitions. Notably, she is a three-time gold medalist in the China National Games, the oldest athlete to win a gold medal in the 11th Asian Games, and a world champion in Taiji Quan. Master Su has been invited to give lectures, performance, and compete in Southeast Asia, Japan, Europe, and the United States since the 1980s. Her contributions to the martial arts community have been recognized through numerous prestigious awards, including:
Lifetime Achievement Award from the Pacific Association of Women Martial Artists (PAWMA) in 2006,
Excellence Award from the National Women's Martial Arts Association (NWMAF) in 2007,

Master Su's impressive coaching career includes a nine-year tenure with the Singapore National Wushu Team. Under her guidance, her athletes achieved remarkable success, winning three consecutive Taiji Quan gold medals at the Southeast Asian Games, a world championship in Taiji Quan, and a Taiji Quan bronze medal at the Asian Games. Her expertise led Singapore to earn the title of "Taiji Quan Powerhouse", and she was recognized for her contributions with the High Performance Coaching Award by the Singapore Sports Council. The youth, adult, and senior athletes trained under her have won over 60 medals in various domestic and international competitions, with one athlete awarded Sportsman of the Year and three athletes receiving the Meritorious Award by the Singapore National Olympic Council. Master Su played a crucial role in the development of the Taiji Instructor Training Program for the Singapore National Wushu Federation, taking on the lead instructor role for the training class. As a key contributor to the Singapore Taiji Coach Accreditation System, she also chaired the Taiji coach evaluation committee. In 2017, Master Su co-funded Yi Shui Training Centre in Singapore with her son. Its mission is to promote the fitness benefits and cultural implications of martial arts, enabling excellent martial arts practice to take root in Singapore and flourish in Southeast Asia. Master Su conducts popular classes at the Teck Ghee Community Club in Ang Mo Kio, which are consistently fill to capacity. She also conducts long-term courses at Nanyang Technological University for its teaching staff, and has been invited multiple times to teach Ba Duan Jin at the National University of Singapore, receiving an enthusiastic response from the students. Master Su collaborates with educational institutions, companies, and country clubs to offer lectures and courses, bringing the benefits of martial arts practice deep into the Merlion City. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she launched online courses, turning crisis into opportunity, providing a virtual classroom for students from various countries, promoting exchange and friendship. Master Su was featured in the 2017 Starhub Channel documentary "Super Senior," showcasing her dedication to maintaining an active lifestyle and excelling in martial arts. Later that year, she was invited to become an Advisor for the Singapore Traditional Martial Arts Federation. In 2019, she was appointed as the Wushu Adviser by the Singapore National Wushu and Lion Dance Federation, and her outstanding contributions to the field earned her the title of Honorary Mentor for traditional martial arts by the Federation in 2021. Sifu Zhao Yun
Sifu Zhao Yun was born in 1980 and started learning martial arts at the age of 8 with his mother, Master Su Zifang. He has since delved deeply into Bagua Zhang, Taiji Quan, and Xingyi Quan. Having been accepted as a disciple by three masters, Yun has received in-depth training in Baji Quan, Pigua Zhang and various weapons. Through comprehensive and systematic study of different martial arts styles, Yun has broadened his horizons and gradually integrated different styles, ultimately developing a unique teaching methodology implemented in Yi Shui Training Centre. Yun competed in various martial arts styles in both the Kunming City and Singapore National tournaments during his school years, and achieved multiple championship titles. Since 2008, he has served regularly as a judge in national and international martial arts competitions in the United States. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Yun is dedicated to the lifelong pursuit of inheriting and promoting Chinese traditional martial arts. He has formed long-standing partnerships with the Aerospace Corporation Employee Association and the City of Malibu, offering a series of classes in various styles since 2010. Yun has classes at multiple locations throughout Southern California and conducts workshops in other states. Yun also collaborates with Mar Vista Library and UCLA professor to spread the knowledge and benefits of traditional Chinese martial arts. Presently, Sifu Zhao Yun holds multiple positions in various martial arts organizations, including:

- Co-Founder of the Yishui Training Centre in Singapore. Sifu Zhao Yun has made regular excursions throughout China to meet with highly skilled martial artists, observe their techniques and broaden his expertise. He also arranges for his students to travel to Asia to participate in martial arts activities and exchange programs. During Covid-19, Yun has launched online courses to adapt to the situation, and maintained training sessions for his students. Now Yi Shui operates a hybrid of online and in-person classes in Singapore and United States.
