We heard so many parents tell us they felt less stressed and more confident after this session! What an adventure we had at our sensory session at SUSS on November 29th! 🤩 We turned everyday ingredients into messy masterpieces, proving that joyful exploration is the most effective way to help children build a positive relationship with food.
It wasn't just play; it was pure, zero-pressure exploration that lets little hands and noses get familiar with food textures and smells. (Secretly, this is how we raise those awesome !)
What Made the Day Amazing:
Hands-On Happiness: So much squishing, sorting, and happy chaos. Watching your tiny explorers discover a whole new world of textures is the best!
The Fridge Rule in Action: We got up close and personal with raw ingredients—it’s all about building that foundation of food confidence through joyful exploration!
