1.1.2023 Supposed to sum up 2022 on the last day but was having more fun with friends. I guess thatโs the whole idea. Enjoying life first and document later. ๐คญ
As I was spending the last 1hr putting all the photos of 2022 in a collage. Thereโs so many good old memories, I wish I could squeeze all 10000+ photos in one collage. But Meitu kept crashing on me. So these are the ones who make it ๐
2022 has been such an eventful year for me if thereโs only one word to describe: it has nothing but a LEARNING YEAR for me.
I say itโs a learning year because not only I have attended the most number of courses in this year but I learn so much from all the different events and opportunities. From the people I dealt with and also from trying new stuffs, exposed to new modalities to support my own self development, belief systems and of course healthy aging journey.
I had lots of ups and downs running the business alone. Thatโs the toughest part for me. Feeling lonely most of the time. Last one month of the year has been extremely eventful as I was having second thoughts for a while and doubtful of where I am heading.
But it seems Universe already set the agenda for me. December 2022 marks a special month for me with lots of Gifting and Receiving. Gifting where I shared all my knowledge in achieving health goals and microgreens to the most number of people in this month alone than the entire year.
Receiving as in lessons I found working with my coaching clients and Microgreen students who have connected with me more deeply than some. As people think that I am doing them a favour by sharing my knowledge, they have actually also reminded me many lessons as I found reflections of myself in them where I need to improve, to work on and to be grateful for.
To all who have been there for me and paths crossed in 2022, thank you for all your support and love and lessons.
I wish all of you who have are following me on this social media page, good health and a magnificent year ahead!

It is my favorite plant based source of calcium because seaweed are high in both magnesium and calcium. Magnesium helps the body to better absorb calcium.

The truth is, dementia is a very big problem thatโs becoming bigger every day.

Chronic stress takes a toll on your body and brain. Stress shrinks the hippocampus, the memory center of the brain. So, find your pause button every day and make time for some stress relief. Relaxation isnโt a luxury if you want to prevent or reverse dementia. Whether that involves deep breathing, meditation, or yoga, find something that helps you calm down.
Lack of sleep can cause impaired brain function, leading to CRAFT syndrome, which stands for โcanโt remember a _____ thing.โ Studies show poor sleep becomes a risk factor for cognitive decline and Alzheimerโs disease. Aim for at least 8 hours of quality sleep every night.

We now know that physical activity can prevent and even slow down the progression of cognitive decline and brain diseases like dementia. Even a 30-minute walk can help. More active readers might want to incorporate high-intensity interval training or weight lifting.
