CCA Leaders’ Investiture
On 26 May 2026, a CCA Leaders’ Investiture ceremony was held to celebrate the newly appointed CCA leaders and to recognise the efforts of our Senior CCA leaders who will be officially stepping down from their roles.
It was a proud moment for all newly appointed CCA leaders as they received their CCA leader badges from the three School Leaders. We also thank our Senior CCA leaders as they pass on the reins of leadership to their Juniors. We are certain that the CCA leaders will take pride in their new leadership roles and be good role models while exhibiting the school values.
Congratulations and thank you once again to all CCA leaders!

On 18 May 2026, our CZ Stars enjoyed a fun and meaningful Financial Literacy Festival in collaboration with POSB! 🌟
Through the assembly programme and recess engagement booths, students learnt about needs and wants, wise spending, savings, and responsible use of digital payments in today’s cashless world.
A special highlight was meeting Smiley, POSB’s mascot, who brought much joy and excitement to our students! 🐿️
Financial literacy is more than money knowledge. It is about making thoughtful choices, planning ahead and growing as responsible young citizens.
Smart choices today, bright futures tomorrow! 💙💛

Our school came together to celebrate Earth Day with a series of meaningful and engaging activities. On 20 April 2026, the students from the Environmental Science Club (ESC) conducted a pre-assembly sharing with practical ideas on what they can do at home, in school, and within the community to protect the Earth.
During recesses, there were varied learning experiences at the different booths, where students learned about Recycling, Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS), Microgreens and Energy in Singapore. They are also encouraged to write their pledge to protect the Earth. The activities reinforced the importance of individual responsibility and collective action.
Earth Day 2026 served as a powerful reminder that every small effort contributes to a larger impact in safeguarding our environment for the future. Happy Earth Day!

International Friendship Day 2026 — Build Friendships. Strengthen Singapore. 🇸🇬
Our students came together to celebrate International Friendship Day this week through meaningful experiences that deepened their understanding of friendship, respect and global connections. From engaging cultural activities to shared moments of learning about our ASEAN neighbours, our students discovered that friendship goes beyond fun—it helps keep Singapore strong in a complex world.
Through these experiences, our students learned an important lesson:
Small actions matter. Kind words, open minds and respectful hearts help build lasting friendships—both in Singapore and beyond.
Together, we continue to nurture confident, caring and responsible citizens who understand their role in building friendships and strengthening our nation.
Build Friendships. Strengthen Singapore.

Hari Raya Celebrations at Chongzheng Primary!
This week, our school was filled with festive cheer as we celebrated Hari Raya through two special events!
On Wednesday, students enjoyed the Hari Raya Recess Fair, where they explored interactive booths, participated in hands-on activities, and learnt more about Malay culture and traditions in a fun and engaging way.
Today, the celebration continued with our Hari Raya Assembly Programme. The cast brought the story of a family preparing for and celebrating Hari Raya to life with humour and energy, while sharing meaningful values of togetherness, gratitude, and forgiveness.
It was heartening to see our students learning, reflecting, and celebrating together as one school community.
A big thank you to all staff, partners, and volunteers who made these celebrations possible!
