The education landscape is changing from pure academics to a combined structure of academics with life and career skills.
It was a short webinar full of gems organized by OECD and ERIA on innovative approaches and trends in higher education.
Key takeaways:
1. Higher education should have the responsibility to ensure social mobility.
2. Cross-disciplinary education will become increasingly important as most world problems cannot be solved by a single discipline.
3. PIN (persuasion, influence & negotiation) skill, digital skills and social capital should be taught in higher education.
4. Entrepreneur mindset will become essential in future labour market.
