A Warm Welcome to Our New MSc Civil Engineering🏗️ and MSc Environmental Engineering 🌱Cohort! 🏗️
The orientation began with an insightful introduction to the programmes, with Prof Du Hongjian sharing an overview of the Civil Engineering programme and Dr Iris Yu introducing the Environmental Engineering programme — giving our students a glimpse 🔍 into the exciting learning journey ahead.
And of course, orientation isn’t complete without getting to know one another! 🤝 The students had a wonderful opportunity to connect, bond over lunch, exchange stories and make new friends as they embark on their NUS journey.
To mark the start of the new semester, our students also received a goodie bag 🎁starter kit to help them get settled and ready for the months ahead.
Here’s to a new semester filled with learning, discovery, collaboration and new connections. Welcome to NUS CEE! 💙

🎓 THAT'S A WRAP, CLASS OF 2026! 🎓
A week on from Ceremony C18, and we're still smiling from all the joy of that morning at UCC — and the celebration that carried right through to our Graduation Dinner that evening. 🎉
To our newly-minted graduates: seeing you cross that stage, gowns on, families/friends cheering, faculty beaming — it was every bit worth the wait. And then, hours later, seeing you all again over dinner — tables full of laughter, photos with the professors who taught you — was the perfect way to close the day. 💙
Whether your journey took you through Civil, Environmental, BTech, MSc, MEng or PhD, you've made your mark on CEE.
Swipe through 👉 for a few of our favourite moments🥂
Thank you to everyone who made this Commencement happen — especially our faculty and our staff — and above all, to you, Class of 2026, for being the reason we do all of this. 🎓
The chapter closes, but you'll always be part of the CEE family. Don't be strangers — come back and visit! 🏠
Caps off. New beginnings. Dream big, shine bright. ✨
