What an incredible session we had last Saturday!

Guided by our theme, "Go Beyond. Majulah Singapura," we pushed past our usual routine to create an extraordinary experience for everyone in the room.

To our wonderful guests and visiting Toastmasters who spent their Saturday with us ➡️ thank you for bringing your energy, curiosity, and smiles! Choosing to step into a new environment to grow your communication skills takes courage, and we hope you felt right at home from the moment you walked in.

We spiced up our usual format with a fresh, interactive way of voting and presenting our ribbon awards.

Members and guests alike stepped up to share their stories in an encouraging, supportive environment.

We wrapped up the session over an amazing food spread, exchanging ideas and getting to know one another on a personal level.

Wah, meriahnya keluarga Jauhari kita! Jom sama-sama kita alu-alukan kehadiran ahli baharu kita, Chin Wee Kean! 🎉

Wee Kean membawa satu falsafah hidup yang cukup mendalam dan bermakna: “Nikmati hidup sepenuhnya tanpa penyesalan.” Kata-kata ini mengajar kita untuk menjiwai setiap detik yang ada, berani mencuba, dan melangkah ke hadapan dengan jiwa yang tenang tanpa menoleh ke belakang dengan rasa hampa.

When Hailwa Moree first joined Toastmasters, she just wanted to be a better speaker. Instead, she found a community that inspired her to step up as our Club President for the 2026/2027 term, living out the theme: "More Than A Club."

From clinching Area 1st Place Table Topics and 2nd Place in International Speech, Hailwa discovered her true voice through a winning speech about meeting her husband online in March and marrying him by November - proving audiences connect with honest stories, not perfection.

Behind her leadership milestones, she is a devoted mother and educator who cherishes family time. Guided by "People first, always," Hailwa proves Jauhari Bilingual TMC is truly more than a club.
