Huda is a singer-songwriter, producer and actor with over 13 years of experience in the local entertainment industry and is currently an artist under independent record label Mosta Records.

Known for her distinctive soulful and raspy voice, her love for music was kindled when the her late great grandfather introduced her to the melancholic lullabies of classic Malay films from the 60s. Huda also had a debut single Lagu Jiwa Kacau released in 2012 as well as her latest track Peribadimu.

Huda relies on the adage, “Slowly you will get there too.” - applying it to both her music and teaching.

She brings a vibrant and outgoing personality to her role as a vocal teacher. Huda’s primary focus is on her students’ best interests, ensuring that their learning experience is fun from the get go!

Diana Nazyra is a singer, songwriter and music producer for local music industry. Music is her biggest passion since young. She is also a vocal trainer at Academy Of Rock Singapore & ENF Entertainment.

She has also been singing professionally with pianist Victor Pillay, Eddy Nor Ali & Romano from Philippines at major hotels and clubs in Singapore, such as Sofitel Hotel & Resort, Hilton, Movenpick Heritage, Amara, Holiday Inn, Clarke Quay, Chijmes and many more since 2002.

A graduate from Trinity College London with Grade 8 Distinction in Pop & Rock. She has also composed songs for other local artists. She has an album called “Ku Genggam Bintang” together with local artist Tzi & Asnida Daud.

Diana believes in hard work,humility & sincerity as part of progressing good quality music.

Luqman picked up music at the age of 19 and has appeared on various stages. He has released albums and has collaborated with artists from other disciplines, such as art, theatre and dance. He currently performs with local singer-songwriter Redwan Hamzah.

Luqman’s musical influences include Bjork, Sunny Day Real Estate, Radiohead, Fiona Apple, Red House Painters and L'arc En Ciel.

Luqman decided to become an educator in his mother and brother's likeness. He has attained Distinction in Rockschool Grade 8 Guitar (RSL awards), Rockschool Diploma in Teaching Level 6 (RSL awards), and Diploma in Songwriting and Audio Production (SOMA).

As an educator, Luqman encourages imagination and experimenting, and his learners learn to think for themselves. He finds that the most incredible feeling an educator can have is when past learners drop by for a chat.

Fazli has performed regularly with many seasoned and accomplished musicians for the past 28 years and counting. He first started drumming at the age of 13, and his musical influences include drummers ranging from the legendary Buddy Rich right to the quintessential Benny Greb.

Fazli found his passion for teaching at the height of the pandemic and found joy in developing his learners’ abilities.

Shortly after joining AOR, Fazli attained a distinction for his Rockschool Grade 8 exam (RSL awards).

As an educator, Fazli describes himself as having a high tolerance for patience and accommodating to his students’ needs.

2 of 2: SHAH NIZAM, Drum / Guitar Educator.

Nizam is an accomplished musician in the metal scene and currently performs with his original bands, OSR313 (Nu-Metal), Dispiteous (Death metal), Mystiq Dream (Prog Rock), and Kakusu (undefined genre). Mystiq Dream’s single, Memori, peaked at the top of the charts on a local radio station, Ria 89.7.

Nizam picked up drumming at the age of 13 and found the instrument easy to learn. He saved up his allowance and would put the money into renting and practising at a jamming studio. He then went on to form and perform in various bands like Mus’Art, a Cantonese band and DeadbySix, with whom he had the opportunity to perform overseas. Shortly after completing his national service, Nizam began his journey as an educator and soon realised that he needed to improve his technique and sight-reading skills.

He set his sights on attaining his Rockschool Grade 8 certificate (RSL awards) and scored a distinction. Since then, Nizam has gained a wealth of knowledge and has become a versatile drummer and educator who aims to help his learners understand and apply concepts to their playing.

2 of 2: KHAI YAMIN, Guitar Educator.

Khai started playing the guitar at the age of 11 and aspired to teach while still learning as a student.

Possessing a deep passion and interest in music since young, Khai decided to take on the role of an educator to give back, nurturing their passion and love for music. Khai has attained Trinity Rock & Pop Grade 8 & ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory.
Khai’s musical influences include Paul Jackson Jr, Robben Ford, Larry Carlton, George Benson, Mike Stern, Isaiah Sharkey, Nile Rodgers, Mark Lettierri, Andy Timmons, Oz Noy, Mick Goodrick and Don Mock.

Professionally, Khai became the Musical Director for a local Guitar maestro, Rosli Mansor’s musical showcase entitled, What the Moon Said at the Esplanade in 2012.

As an educator, Khai advocates for music education and has helped students attain their goals of getting into schools like Berklee and ICMP London.

He believes in continuous learning and strives for growth and progress.

AHMAD HUSAYN, Drums Educator.

Ahmad started playing the drums at age 15 and currently performs with the bands Kaji, 7nightsatsea and Yumi. He has toured Asia and Europe with these bands.

Ahmad’s influences include bands and artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Bjork, Pianos Become the Teeth, Toe, Animals As Leaders, Big Thief, American Football, and drummers Matt Garstka, Richard Spaven, and Steve Lamos.

After completing his National Service, Ahmad became a music educator after his younger brother pointed out that Ahmad enjoyed sharing, teaching, and connecting with people. Ahmad ended up falling in love with teaching and attained his Rockschool Grade 8 (RSL awards) shortly after that.

Ahmad enjoys seeing his learners progress and grow into people who share their love of music with their friends and family.
