It's our Project Month again! In our art project on 'Food waste management ' playgroup children created simple composting poster using sponge painting.

Last week, our N2 to K2 classes took part in Health Promotion Board's Healthy Lifestyle Puppet Show! Through the puppet show, our children learnt about the importance of healthy eating, and maintaining a balanced diet using the Healthy Plate!

Discovering the joy of tasting the oranges while turning the dry peel into art and adding it to make hot tea and soup for flavors that give a delightful citrus fragrance.

Sipping on honey lemon juice and turning leftover peels into eco-friendly cleanser – refreshing for me, and for our school!

Ice painting activity

Our infants were captivated by the cool texture of ice during this art activity! They explored the ice cubes by touching and closely observing them. We talked about the different colors of the ice, helping them to further develop their color recognition skills. The little ones freely "painted" on the cupboards with the colorful ice, expressing their creativity in a unique way.

Painting Seashells 🐚🌊

The children learned about ocean animals relating to this month's story, The Magic Fish. When exploring about the ocean, the children learned that there are beaches nearby with lots of seashell. They painted seashells of different shapes and types with watercolour paint. They enjoyed adding their own colour and twist. How creative, N2 Thyme!

Cause and Effect - N1 Cicely

Children learnt about cause and effect. They voiced out their thoughts about what they think will happen after certain actions

Then, they practiced it by throwing a ball into a container of water and then gently placing it. Then, they voiced out what were the different effects by the two different actions

Ice Painting

Children has a fun sensory exploration as they use frozen paint to colour the paper! Children expressed their creativity with no limit and hesitation! 👏 👏
