The annual actuarial case competition organised in conjunction with the Singapore Actuarial Society was done differently this year in the light of Covid-19. Instead of gathering at a common location, the judges and participants communicated via a video conference. Nonetheless, the competition proceeded smoothly and everyone managed to have a fruitful discussion.

Organized by the NBS Actuarial Science Club and Singapore Actuarial Society, this year's annual Actuarial Science Insight Day was held last week! We would like to thank Mr Jenson Yip, Mr Glenn Tan, Ms Zhou Erjie and Mr Tian Yufan for shedding light on what Actuarial Science is all about! We hope that the freshmen gained some insights into the Actuarial Science specialisation and make an informed decision for yourselves.
