𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Drills out, clamps on. As you can see, the team got hands-on immediately to assemble the cabinet shells.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝: Safety protocols were non-negotiable. We build fast, but we build safe.

Over Days 7–12, our trainees went full throttle into Construction Technology, hands-on, no shortcuts, no guesswork. From precision jig usage to the fine art of cabinet alignment, every movement mattered. Think millimetre-perfect hinge drilling, silky-smooth drawer runners, and cabinet assemblies that actually behave once installed.

They mastered:
- Furniture assembly using professional jigs
- Drilling hinge holes, then aligning and calibrating cabinet hinges like pros
- Installing drawer runners, buffet hatch surfaces, top panels and backing panels
- Assembly methods that separate hobbyists from professionals (Slot groove/ Pocket screw/ Cross screw)
- Installing door handles and magnetic stoppers
- Tool confidence with battery drills, assembly jigs, stapler guns and hand tools
- Manual glue application on laminate in preparation for cabinet tops, back panels and top capping panels

The result? Cabinets that are square, aligned, functional and built to industry standards.

Precision and craftsmanship went hand‑in‑hand today. Trainees learned how to apply ABS edging on bottom cabinet carcasses using a CNC edge‑banding machine, creating seamless and durable finishes. They mastered the BHX 200 Optimat vertical CNC machine to cut groove slots and drill perfectly positioned holes for adjustable shelving and drawer runners.

After machining, everyone rolled up their sleeves to assemble the bottom cabinet carcass, fitting panels together and checking alignments. They also prepped 15 mm plywood boards for cold press lamination by carefully stripping the PVC top layer to reveal a clean surface.

It’s amazing to watch these cabinets come to life through a blend of high‑tech equipment and careful handwork.
