๐Ÿคโœจ Student Leadership Collaboration with Bedok South Secondary School [Part 2] โœจ๐Ÿค

Building on the momentum from our first session, our student leaders continued their meaningful collaboration journey with Bedok South Secondary School. ๐ŸŒŸ

This session was made even more special with staff from SPD joining us to share valuable insights into the lives and experiences of the people they support, helping our students deepen their understanding of empathy and inclusivity. ๐Ÿ’›

Through hands-on activities such as cup-stacking and writing with their non-dominant hands, our P5 prefects experienced some of the challenges faced by others. Guided by their BDS mentors, they then worked together to brainstorm and design adaptive telematch games for the SPD community. ๐ŸŽฏ

๐Ÿš€ With two more sessions to go, our students are growing not just as leaders, but as thoughtful and caring changemakers. The journey continues! โœจ

๐Ÿ’›โœจ Appreciating the Hearts Behind TNPS โœจ๐Ÿ’›

This Labour Day, our TNPS family took time to appreciate the many non-teaching staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes each day to keep our school running smoothly. ๐ŸŒŸ

From our security officers and cleaning team to our reception staff, canteen vendors, desktop engineers, and librarians. Thank you for making TNPS a safe, welcoming, and caring place for all. ๐Ÿ‘

Through this celebration, our students were reminded that gratitude goes beyond just one day. Sometimes, a simple smile, greeting, or โ€œthank youโ€ can mean so much. ๐Ÿ’™ ๐ŸŒผ

๐Ÿ™ A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated non-teaching staff for your care, commitment, and hard work every day. We would also like to thank our teachers, prefects, and P1 & P4 buddies for preparing the appreciation bouquets and heartfelt messages for this meaningful celebration. โœจ

On 27 April, the stage at the University Cultural Centre (UCC) came alive as 36 dedicated TNPS Modern Dance students delivered an energetic and captivating performance for the Singapore Youth Festival (S*F). ๐ŸŒŸ

๐Ÿ‘ We are incredibly proud of our Modern Dance team for their dedication, resilience, and passion throughout this journey! โœจ

๐ŸŽจ Inspiring Voices Through Street Art: Visual Art Assembly with ZERO๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽจ

Earlier this month, Tampines North Primary School had the privilege of hosting Singaporean Street Artist Zulkarnaen Othman (aka ZERO) for an engaging assembly programme on public and street art targeting the P4-P6 students.๐Ÿงฑ

Students were introduced to the world of street art through an insightful sharing and a live spray-paint demonstration. ๐ŸŽจ

๐ŸŒŸโœจ Inspiring Young Minds, One Story at a Time โœจ๐ŸŒŸ

Our P1 to P3 students had a wonderful opportunity to learn from our very own TNPS parents during our Career Talk.

From caring for our green spaces as an arborist ๐ŸŒณ, keeping our community safe as a police officer ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ, chasing dreams as a professional footballer โšฝ, to capturing moments as a photographer ๐Ÿ“ธ, each sharing sparked curiosity and excitement.

Through these real-life stories, students gained a glimpse into different careers and were inspired to dream big and explore their interests. ๐Ÿ’ฌ

A heartfelt thank you to our parent speakers for taking the time to inspire and broaden our studentsโ€™ horizons. ๐Ÿ’™
