Had a great time hosting Dwayne and Audrey for a Stand Up Paddle Yoga session as they explored fun, unique water activities around Singapore. We jumped straight into the adventure — and they absolutely crushed it! 🌊💪✨
Choppy waters? No problem. Unstable boards? They turned it into laughter and flow. Their balance, determination, and good vibes made the whole session such a joy to watch. Even when the wind picked up, they kept smiling, wobbling, trying again — and that’s what SUPYoga is all about: embracing the challenge, trusting the process, and having fun through it all.

Hi Water Lovers.
Today we start the 12th annual 100 days of blue celebration. If you are not familiar with 100 days of blue...
100 days of blue started in 2014 when launched the book Blue Mind.
As an idea to encourage water-connection 100 days of blue was a great success and so we all did it again and again and again….
And so it became an annual celebration of water and this is our 12th year!
Taking time to consciously be WITH water for 100 days allows us to enjoy its life giving wellness benefits whilst waking up to the intrinsic value of water… not for what we can gain from it… but honouring water for the amazing compound it is.
Let’s make water centre stage and put it at the heart of our lives.
It’s a chance to say “thank you water… YOU are awesome”. It’s an opportunity to take action to protect and advocate for water.
100 days of blue is an opportunity to invite more and more people to awaken their Blue Mind and to help make Blue Mind common knowledge.
And it’s great fun!!!
All sorts of water connection counts, you don’t need to go white water rapid riding (although of course you can)… Dancing in the rain or mindfully drinking a glass of ice cold tap water marvelling at how lucky we are to be able to access water so freely are equally acts of water connection…

Gratitude is more than just a fleeting feeling, it is a daily practice, a state of being. Gratitude, love, and abundance are the highest vibrational energies, and thus multiply positive effects and healing - you might notice this when you feel gratitude in your whole heart, and notice that feeling leads to more and more.
A central tenet to recovery is gratitude, so we wrote up a few of our favorite journaling prompts to practice gratitude on a daily basis. Doing so programs your subconscious to feel grateful on a regular basis, magnifying the good in your life and calling even more in!

Words failed me at this moment, shocked and disbelief. Our dearest teacher, Sharathji has passed on...
Ashtanga was my first step into yoga, i signed up for the class not knowing what is yoga but that practice had transformed my world.
Sharathji, your dedication and wisdom has touched countless and will forever lives in our life. 🩵🙏🏽💫
