Meet Eddy the Owl! 🦉✨
On Monday, Gabriel made a delightful discovery—he finally noticed the cardboard owl "living" up on top of the shelf! His immediate response was pure, empathetic imagination: "Maybe the owl is hungry." Armed with his container of loose parts, Gabriel carefully fed his new feathered friend a very special, highly curated diet of... eggs and chocolate! 🥚🍫
But of course, every new friend needs a proper introduction. After some serious deliberation, Gabriel declared, "The owl needs a name, Eddy. Is Eddy the owl, because needs a cute name."
At SuperGenius, we absolutely love witnessing these spontaneous moments of pretend play. Gabriel’s interaction perfectly captures our core SuperGenius attributes: Inquisitive in his observation, Caring in his desire to feed a hungry friend, and incredibly Joyful in his storytelling. This is exactly how children make sense of the world—by projecting empathy and building meaningful connections, even with a cardboard owl!

"Should have many trees, a lake for crocodiles, and a KFC“🌳🐊🍗
Our K2 explorers were deep in an intense ArtScience session, mapping out their version of Singapore. We love how they’ve balanced the "must-haves" (like the police station and transport) with the things that spark joy. 🦄✨
Watching them negotiate where the "ahhhhhhh" car goes versus where children play shows us just how much they are processing about safety, movement, and community life.

It’s not just a tree; it’s a tapestry of learning! 🎄🎨🚀
If you look closely at our Christmas tree, you’ll see rockets for ArtScience, palettes for ARTistry, musical notes for World Music, and the magnifying glass for our Inquisitive nature.
At SuperGenius, we believe the best gifts we can give our children are the tools to Learn, Create, and Share Joyfully. May your holidays be filled with wonder, discovery, and the warmth of family.
Merry Christmas from our SuperGenius family to yours! ❤️

S is for... SuperGenius, Spiders, and Stamping! 🕷️✨
Our children embarked on a Joyful 😊 inquiry into the letter 'S' this week, singing 'Itsy Bitsy Spider' 🎶 and being inspired by a fun 'Spider-Man wears star socks' word ladder.
This photo proudly shows two parts of our exploration: colourful handprint Stamping 🖐️🎨 and her amazing Spider craft! After Learning 💡 that spiders have 8 legs, our Inquisitive learners got to Create their own. Guided by their Inspirer, they used toilet paper rolls to form the head, then carefully counted 1️⃣...8️⃣, glued, and folded the 8 paper legs to make them look more realistic!
This single, trans-disciplinary activity perfectly blended:
🔡 Literacy (letter 'S' association)
🔢 Numeracy (counting to 8)
✍️ Fine Motor Skills (pasting and folding)
🧠 Cognitive Development (identifying shapes & following a sequence)
We are so proud of her for Sharing this masterpiece 🌟, which makes her learning journey visible and brings our philosophy to life: ! 💖🎉
