You're My Sunshine

You're My Sunshine Fundraising drive for a 5-month-old girl's eye treatment in Singapore Our heart’s desire is to have you beside us to bring back the sunshine for her.

“You’re My Sunshine” is a fundraising drive initiated by a group of Vietnamese students and working adults in Singapore. The campaign strives to raise 20,000 Singapore dollars for the little Ngan Ha, whose parents are both blind. Our fervent hope is to save her from the darkness that she may need to struggle for the rest of her life if she isn’t treated urgently. We know that 20,000 isn’t a small

amount of money but we have a strong belief in your kind-heartedness and generosity. Like the way her parents didn’t give up any chance, we will make every effort to address this cause. You can either donate directly or join our photos auction which will be launched soon. It will be much more appreciated if you can spread the information to your families and friends. A little kindness will go a long way!

Do you recognize her? Our little warrior is turning 2 years old soon and she has been enjoying herself to the fullest. Ha is still required to have regular examinations but so far, everything is in a positive light.

Our drive has ended long ago, yet, the impact will be there in years to come. Having a chance to help this little girl growing up and seeing the world around her is the best miracle for us. This can be attributed only to the combined efforts from all of you, donors and supporters. We wish you a wonderful year ahead, full of joy, success and hope the spirit keep glowing in your heart.

We just want to share with you, our dearest donors, the latest updates on Ngan Ha's treatment. Her right eye has been on the road to recovery, and there are no complications for her glass left eye. For the time being, she is required to come back to Singapore every 3 to 4 months for re-examination.

Our little baby is now an chirpy toddler. She can walk, run and jump on her own. What we love most about her is that she is learning to lead her mom into the lift whenever they come back to the room.

Once again, we would like to thank all of you for your continued support! Above all, thanks the little warrior to inspire us to take part in this memorable journey and give us a chance to connect all the kind hearts.

We will continue keeping you posted on her recovery!

Ngan Ha and her family are going back to Vietnam tomorrow. Her right eye is in good conditions and she has a new left eye :) Once again, on behalf of them, we thank you for your kind support and love!
