Hello there! This research project aims to evaluate a new sleep management approach. It is based on the basic and clinical science of sleep management.
The project is run by Mr. Benjamin Low, an experienced Clinical Psychologist, as part of his PhD. It is supervised by another two practicing psychologists who hold professorial faculty positions.
The study is open to:
- Working adults and enrolled university students (both public or private; at any level of study)
- Residing physically in Singapore
