Be grateful for every thing and every second. His body lies down, his heart seeks the love of Allah, He is God. It depends on each person’s level, that is why this journey is still far into the ocean.

Strive, supplicate as though it is the last act of worship in your life. Do not criticise what Allah does. Allah’s knowledge is most vast. It is unattainable by us, the insignificant ones. Think positively of Allah day and night; do not ever say that Allah wants to ruin us, to cause difficulty for us – don’t.

The secret of wisdom is heavier than the heavens and the earth, therefore do not forget to recite Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

لما نزل بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم هرب الغيم الى المشرق وسكنت الرياح وهاج البحر واضغت البهاءم باذانها ورجمت الشياطين من السماء وحلف الله عزوجل بعزته لايسمى إسمه على شئ الا بارك الله فيهسراج الطالبين

“When the verse Bismillahirrahmanirrahim was revealed by Allah, the clouds fled to the east, the winds did not move but the oceans were turbulent, the animals (with full attention) listened to what was happening, the devils were stoned with arrows of fire from the sky, and Allah swore, by His Grace and His Greatness, that (when) His name is invoked, Allah will shower His blessings.”

The meaning of the hadith narrated by Wa’il from Abdullah Ibnu Mas’ud r.a.:

“Whoever wishes for Allah to save him from the Zabaniyah Angels, of whom there are 19 (the angels who guard hellfire), then he should recite Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, for Allah will then build for him (the one who recites Basmalah) from every letter a paradise.”

Pesanan Sheikh Anuar Al Qadri Al Khalidi,

" Wajib atas murid memelihara 'baiat' yang telah kamu akui dengan Sheikh mu dan jangan merosakkan 'baiat' kerana janji terhadap Sheikh adalah sama dengan janji pada mashaikh sebelumnya dan termasuk janji pada Rasul (s.a.w) dan Allah Subhanallahu Ta'ala"

Making the Most of the Final Nights of Ramadhan

Ideally, we should see the blessings and glory of the month of Ramadan Al Kareem through the perspective of our spiritual hearts, as the Angels do, so that we who are still alive utilise the opportunity to perform acts of worship in this Ramadhan appropriately by maximising our good deeds and worship, as well as adhering to the fine aspects of etiquette sincerely, for this might be the last Ramadhan for us.

Let us try to observe Allah’s mercy for His servants, including:

1. Allah the Exalted lifts the torments of the grave from the inhabitants of the grave who are tortured and grants them reprieve throughout the month of Ramadhan. If those who have died get to benefit from the presence of Ramadhan, the case is even more so for us who are still alive and stand to reap the great benefits of this world and the hereafter from Allah Rabbul Jalil.

2. Ease is given to His servants to perform acts of worship free from the disturbance of the shaitan because the latter are shackled and chained during Ramadan and will be freed later with the arrival of 1 Shawl.

Therefore, for all of us who are experiencing the final ten (10) days of Ramadan Al-Mubarak, this time we should make the most of this golden opportunity. The Prophet (peace be upon him) who was free from sin intensified all of his acts of worship during the last ten days of Ramadan, particularly, the practice of iktikaf at the Mosque.

Let us not, as the people of Muhammad at the end of time, allow these last ten (10) days of Ramadan to pass by without filling it with acts of worship (solat tarawih, solat hajat, solat taubat, solat tahajud etc), abundant supplications, selawat, istighfar, zikir and tahlil, contributions from our wealth towards sadaqah jariah, contributions towards the struggle for da’wah, waqaf, and contributions of energy and intellect in good deeds and dakwah.

We still have the chance to enliven the last 7 nights of Ramadan, particularly the three odd-numbered nights, namely the night of the 25, 27 and 29 Ramadan. Thus, let us try to observe all of the final nights of Ramadan, especially the night of 25 Ramadan (Saturday night) because according to Imam Nawawi in the work Nasi’ul Ibad, based on the experience of a great saint, Sheikh Abu Hassan As Sazali ( who met all of the nights of Lailatul Qadar throughout his lifetime), if the beginning of Ramadan falls on a Thursday, then Lailatul Qadar falls on the night of 25 Ramadhan.
