We are also honoured that Mr Tan Chuan Jin (Minister of Social and Family Development and President of Singapore National Olympic Council) has kindly agreed to share his experiences in leading youth.

Students should learn soft skills for hospitality jobs: Banyan Tree chief "I think their (students) training in management, in skills of hospitality, is quite high. What is lacking however, is some of the social skills, the EQs to deal with culturally-complex situations," said veteran hotelier Ho Kwon Ping.
