Our first sewing assignment! Thanks to CDAC for putting their trust in us and we couldn’t have done it without the help of 2 experienced sewists.
Watching the newbies sew today made me realise that sewing is a journey, not a destination. Many were happy just pressing their foot on the pedal, watching the stitiches appear and moving the fabric around in a freeform manner. Their coasters may not look perfect but they definitely enjoyed the sewing process. 🧵
