This is great news for EFT.
In the UK, the South Western Ambulance Charity has received £200,000 in funding from NHS Charities Together and NHS England to strengthen wellbeing support for ambulance staff through the SWASFT Staying Well Hub.
And part of that support now includes expanded access to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
It is great that EFT tapping is gaining increasing professional recognition as a trauma-informed approach!

We are so proud of our participants to our EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Level 2 Practitioner Training Course for their commitment to deepening their practice🙂
Those who attended are coaches, counsellors, and mental health advocates who want to enhance their sessions with clients by using a somatic-based tool like EFT tapping✨✨.
Through EFT tapping, we explored ways to regulate the nervous system, release emotional burdens, and shift old patterns. During the breakout activities, participants discovered meaningful insights, and many experienced a drop in the intensity of their issues — making the learning truly experiential ✨

it’s easy to stay at the surface level of an issue, but real breakthroughs often happen when we go beneath the iceberg and work with the core issues behind the presenting problem.
An exhausting but fulfilling day of vulnerability, tapping, and real conversations. Hearts opened 💕as participants worked through some deep issues.
Although Level 2 is meant for participants to develop skills in order to help others, participants first worked on themselves — which we believe makes them better practitioners 🙂
Grateful to witness these participants expanding their skills and confidence. It’s wonderful to see their commitment to supporting others in meaningful ways. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey 🙏

For a long time, I thought that our personality, our intelligence, and our emotional patterns are set in stone.
And there is not much that we can do to change the way we are.
But....
according to neuroscience research, I found out that it isn't true at all.
The brain is, in fact, dynamic.
It adapts and reshapes itself throughout our entire life, based on what we repeatedly think, feel, and do.
The process is known as neuroplasticity.
What's more the brain actually rewires more effectively through behaviour first.
Many of us like to wait till we feel calm and ready before we act.
But change doesn’t happen just because we want it to.
It happens because we start behaving in small, consistent ways that signal something new to the brain.
When we practise calm — slowing down, regulating our breath, responding instead of reacting — our nervous system begins to register safety.
When we take small risks before feeling confident, our brain gathers evidence that we are actually capable.
Over time, the repeated signals to the brain reshape internal pathways that once felt deeply ingrained or impossible to shift.
How EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Support Neuroplasticity
This is where tools like Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Matrix Reimprinting come in.
EFT, often called tapping, combines mindfulness with somatic regulation. By tapping on specific acupressure points while acknowledging emotional distress, the nervous system begins to register calm. This creates the conditions for the brain to release old stress responses and reduce negative thought patterns.
Matrix Reimprinting adds to this by working with trauma and subconscious beliefs stored in memory and the body. It allows the brain to visualise new outcomes, helping outdated patterns reorganise safely.
Both methods work with neuroplasticity, not against it — they help the brain experience something new SAFELY rather than just talk about it.
Neuroplasticity changes how we see identity.
Who you are isn’t a fixed label — it’s a lived process.
Every REGULATED response, every compassionate choice, and every aligned action is teaching your brain something about who you are now.
Over time, your internal wiring begins to reflect the NEW version of you that you have been quietly and consistently shaping.
👉Emotional and nervous system regulation creates the conditions for neuroplasticity, allowing the brain to rewire with ease.
👉You become who you are practicing!

We’ve just welcomed the Year of the Fire Horse (2026).
In Chinese metaphysics, the Horse represents speed, independence and spirited momentum.
In a Fire Horse 🐎 year, intensity rises.
Pace rises.
Everything amplifies.
So the real question is this:
Can you expand your capacity to hold more — without dysregulating your body?
Can you move quickly and stay regulated?
Can you pursue bold goals and still feel safe inside?
Nervous system regulation isn’t a “nice to have” in a high-energy year.
It’s your anchor.
Breathe.
Ground.
Use tools like tapping to stabilise your system before you accelerate.
Lead from a regulated space — not from survival mode.
