I'm delighted to have the opportunity to work with Jennifer...
"Evelyn has helped me immensely during a challenging part of my life. As a full time working mother of two young kids I was struggling through burnout, anxiety, stress, driven by the need for control and perfectionism. In a few sessions she has helped me to gain more calmness and clarity, while getting rid of certain limiting and unhelpful beliefs which fed my anxiety. Her caring and professional nature has made it very easy to open up and trust her, I highly recommend her!"

Most people find tapping on acupressure points to be simple to apply for releasing stress.
It's as simple as copying and following the tapping steps.
You may even experience relief after tapping.
But is this all? And if not, what else 🤔 is there to this method?
Well, a properly trained EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner knows there’s a lot more.
Because most people are often only working on their presenting problems — what they notice.
Take the fear of public speaking 😰.
You could tap on:
“I’m afraid of speaking in front of people.”
But an EFT practitioner is likely to look beyond the presenting problem — exploring the memories, core issues and underlying beliefs that may be contributing to that fear.
Maybe it’s connected to a deeper fear of not being seen or heard.
Or maybe it traces back to a childhood experience of being criticised or made to feel “not good enough.”
The original memory may still exist.
But with effective EFT, we tap 🙌 to release the emotional charge attached to that memory.
Thereafter, what changes:
The way you see yourself.
And the way that you respond to life 😍.
This is why tapping alone is not the same as EFT.
🙌Tapping is the action applied to the acupressure points.
✨EFT is the skill and trauma-informed approach that involves tapping.
Because transformational EFT is not simply about helping someone feel better in the moment.
It’s about looking beneath the iceberg and releasing the hidden blocks that underlie a limiting pattern.
Insights often emerge and an integrative change is experienced across ✨emotional, physical and mental levels.
So if you want to learn how to use EFT beyond everyday stress relief, join my next EFT Practitioner class.
Alternatively, if you are looking for transformational results, PM me to ask about 1:1 sessions too.

There was a time when I genuinely questioned whether I was qualified to help others release stress and build emotional resilience.
I was filled with self-doubt.
I downplayed my achievements.
And I dismissed the success stories of my clients.
Even though my clients reported positive results from working together, a part of me was convinced that it was nothing special.
I remember thinking, “Who am I to help others? There are so many people who know more than I do.”
Looking back, I can now put a name to what I was experiencing:
Imposter syndrome.
Read my story here....
Imposter Syndrome: Why We Feel like Frauds
Why feeling like a fraud may have nothing to do with your ability—and how you need to quieten the voice of your imposter syndrome.

A lot of personal growth is not about becoming a different person.
It’s about becoming more comfortable being yourself 🤗
Over the years, I’ve discovered how some of the most meaningful transformations happen quietly.
🍃 Learning to notice when you’re abandoning your own needs to keep others happy.
🍃 Recognising when perfectionism is really fear in disguise.
🍃 Noticing when you’re pushing yourself because slowing down makes you uncomfortable.
🍃 And slowly learning that you don’t have to earn your worth through achievement.
There may be no dramatic breakthrough.
Just a growing ability to pause, feel, listen inwardly — and making the choice to be authentic.
Because authenticity is, in many ways, about coming home to yourself 🥰.
Being more accepting of who you are, rather than constantly trying to become who you think you should be.
Long time ago, I thought that self-acceptance would mean that there will be less incentive for growth.
But I’ve come to realise how mistaken I was.
In fact, self-acceptance creates the foundation for growth 🌳.
It happens when you know you don’t have to be perfect, please everyone, or constantly perform to be worthy.
It is possible to accept yourself and still want to change, without the belief that there is something fundamentally wrong with you.
You love and embrace yourself 😍anyway.
And perhaps that is one of the most courageous forms of inner work:
To first meet yourself where you are.
And then make the choice to live from that place — a little more honestly, a little more fully, each day 🌸.
What is one part of yourself you’re learning to be more accepting of, while still allowing yourself to grow? ✨

How much do you love and accept yourself?
Is self-love about buying yourself a branded bag?
Or is self-love more of an inside job?
As I've observed, many have no clear understanding of what self-love actually means....until they start to do inner work.
That is when they get the aha!
Self-love is less about doing.
For a start, self-love is more about fully and embracing every part of ourselves, even the parts that are imperfect, no matter what.
From an integrated state, we are exercising healthy choices, setting boundaries, and investing in our growth.
This graphic illustrates the meaning of what self-love actually is.
Let me know if this resonates with you :)

We often say that we feel stressed. But what is stress really about?
To reduce stress is to first understand our response to life challenges. Here's a summary infographic that describes our stress responses.
What's your stress response like?
Your body isn't overreacting. It's trying to protect you.
When we experience stress, our nervous system automatically shifts into survival mode.
There are 5 common stress responses:
🔥 Fight – confront the threat
🏃 Flight – escape the threat
🧊 Freeze – stop and assess the threat
💜 Fawn – appease the threat
🌿 Flop – collapse and conserve energy.
These responses aren't personality flaws or signs of weakness.
They're adaptive survival strategies that helped keep us safe.
The challenge is that when these patterns become our default response to everyday stress, they can affect our relationships, work, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
The good news? Your nervous system can learn that you're safe again.
✨ EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping is a gentle, evidence-informed mind-body approach that helps regulate the nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and shift you out of survival mode.
As your nervous system becomes more regulated, it becomes easier to think clearly, respond intentionally, and feel more like yourself.
Which stress response do you notice most often in yourself?

Things felt really different when I flew to Penang last weekend.
It had only been a little over a year since my last visit, and I was back once more - this time, for an extended family gathering.
The children had grown.
The older ones had aged.
Life hadn’t stood still over the last 15 months.
What stood out this trip…
Relationships evolve.
Physical health can change.
Mental well-being can shift.
The people we know may be facing battles we were clueless about.
And it made me wonder...
✨ Am I giving my attention to what truly matters?
The older I get, the more I realise that life isn’t measured by how busy we are or how much we accomplish.
It’s measured by the relationships we nurture, the health we protect and the moments we’re fully present for.
Time 🕰️is the one thing we can never get back.
One day, we’ll wish we had one more conversation.
One more family meal.
One more ordinary weekend together.
Maybe that’s why the ordinary moments aren’t ordinary at all.
They’re the moments that quietly become the memories we treasure most.
✨ What has become more important to you over the years?
